Happy New Year. May you find a blessed productive year ahead of you. As the children have grown and have familues of their own we are settled into a quiet day ( 16 grandchildren) big family. A craft day would have been fun. Son- in- law admiited to hospital. Cant pass kidney stones. Their 2 little ones got the stomach virus going around thus that took up our day. God is good - One grandson spent the night. Time has changed - Our get together was over Christmas this year. Wonderful exciting give away. ~BLESSINGS

Happy 2017 - hope it's wonderful for you!! Our New Year tradition evolves each year as our kids get older, but we almost always (weather permitting) go for a nice walk as a family. Luckily, today it was perfect & we had amazing views of the mountains.

Thanks for all your hard work Latisha! I love being a part of this every year. So, my favorite New Years tradition is just being with my family. We have a super chill day and always have family dinner complete with sauerkraut for good luck! It's a bit comical because the kids always dislike dinner (they live the kraut, just never what I make with it). So it's kind of funny to hear what they have to say each year. Love my boys!
The most favorite New Years tradition is do design new calendar for us, my parents and parents-in-low. I put there all my children photos from past year. I is great pleasure to watch all those photos once again during the new year.

Amazing giveaways! And amazing hop...I don't know how you pull it off, it must be major work for you!! I think this is the third year I have hopped along, it's a great idea to find new companies & new products you might not know about. We don't actually have a tradition for New Years. I think everyone is so pooped out by all the holiday activities, we all just want to stay home & enjoy a normal day!!
Happy New Year! We don't really have a lot of traditions - usually we take our Christmas tree down that day, but this year we had gotten it earlier than normal, so it needed to go a lot sooner!

Such a fun hop! Thanks for organising it! I think we have just started a new tradition. A Greek friend of ours came over for a coffee, but she also brought a pomegrenate (according to Greek or Cretan custom, the first one to visit should smash it against the door post - such a waste, so we put it in the fridge). She also brought a very nice botle of sparkling rose wine (also,Greek) and we drank it with the three of us. Our friend is really happy she found some people who can appreciate a good wine (and god company of course).
